About the Project
The UTAKSIS project was established with one hundred percent domestic capital and private enterprise. Initially carried out through the joint work of two companies, the project continues its path under the name "UTAKSIS Software Technologies Inc." in line with the brand name for more effective, fast and stable growth over time.
Initially designed for medical device manufacturing, the project was later adapted for use by the Defense industry and Automotive sector. The project infrastructure is continuously updated by following the latest technologies. It is developed by evaluating demands from end users through field experience and examining the regulations to which the sector is subject. It aims to meet customer needs most effectively by offering sector-based special solutions.
Considering the remote working concept that has entered our lives in today's world, its architectural structure has been designed to work from anywhere with internet connection and compatible with all operating systems. In a period where security is at the forefront, a secure working environment has been provided with multi-layered and role-based IP access restriction and VPN.
Within the scope of traceability, in critical situations that require products to be collected from the field, all parts that make up the product, the types of materials used in the parts, the personnel working in the production processes and even the equipment used by this personnel can be tracked. In this way, defective products can be detected and a solution-oriented approach can be demonstrated.
It has active integration with UTS (Product Tracking System), which was developed by the Ministry of Health and balances the entire sector in this field where medical device manufacturers, importers and users are located. It works in full compliance with the MDR (Medical Device Regulation) published by the European Union, the current Medical Device regulation of the European Union.
It has a structure that can provide data security, which is critical for defense industry manufacturers, and can work in a closed circuit independent of the internet. Thanks to the closed-circuit system, external attacks have been prevented.
UTAKSIS Features
Designed for companies that produce in accordance with quality standards, have traceability needs and undergo audit processes. UTAKSIS, developed through hands-on field work, can manage all processes of manufactured or imported products.
It is designed in accordance with standards for intensive production areas such as CNC machines, press machines, production lines, plastic injection machines, etc. In case of serial, lot or both production methods, process management and monitoring can be done practically. Separate work orders can be issued for each product. Since process tracking and monitoring for created work orders can be done instantly and retrospectively, comfortable work planning is ensured.
What is expected from the system is to track all work and processes without being dependent on personnel, to ensure optimum efficiency and to prevent human-caused errors.

During quality control, information from technical drawings is defined in the system. Measurements outside tolerance values are automatically rejected.
It has a structure that prevents deviation from the determined rotation in the production process. Each personnel can only mark authorized areas.
If CAM codes and local network connections of CNC machines are available, data transfer is provided directly through UTAKSIS, ensuring error-free production.
The assembly components report is designed to show all sub-components along with visuals of the parts to be produced.
Assembly operations can be done manually or automatically through FIFO assembly feature.
Real-time stock status reports show products in warehouses and track ongoing work status.
Warehouse-based reports can be viewed by serial/lot or by code.
Critical stock level tracking based on maximum and minimum thresholds.
Raw material reserves can be allocated for long-term planning and uncertain sales.
Traceability of externally sourced products and their usage in final products.
Machine optimization reports showing which parts yield better efficiency on specific machines.
Document library feature for uploading 3D, solid, catalog and other technical documents.
Revision tracking keeps history of past versions and models with technical drawings.
Maintenance tracking of all machines and equipment affecting production directly or indirectly.
Calibration tracking of measurement devices such as calipers.
Maintenance and tracking of cutting tools used in production.
Personnel performance evaluation reports showing work history by date range.
