Utaksis

It is designed for companies that produce in accordance with quality standards, need traceability and undergo an audit process. Developed by working one-on-one in the field, Ütaksis is able to manage all processes of manufactured or imported products.

CNC machines, press machines, production lines, plastic injection machines etc. It is designed in accordance with the standards in places where intensive production is made. In case of serial, lot or both production, the management and monitoring of processes can be done practically. Separate work orders can be issued for each product. Since the follow-up and monitoring of the processes for the created work orders can be done instantly and retrospectively, it is ensured that the work planning is done comfortably.

Expected from the system; to follow all works and processes without being dependent on the personnel, to ensure optimum efficiency and to prevent human-induced errors.

During quality control, the information in the technical drawing is defined to the system. Dimensions that are defined and outside the tolerance value are automatically rejected.

It has a setup that cannot be excluded from the rotation determined during the production process. Each personnel can only mark the areas where he is authorized. It is not allowed to move on to the next stage before completing one stage.

If the Cam codes of the part to be produced and the local network connections of the CNC machines are available, data transfer is provided directly over Utaxis. Thus, up-to-date data is protected and error-free production is ensured. (If the necessary network infrastructure is available, the same feature can be installed on all CNC machines that are physically at different points.)

In the assembly components report, it is designed to show all sub-components and, if any, sub-components, together with the visuals of the part to be produced.

While the assembly operations to be done with the work orders can be done manually, the assembly order of the manufactured products to the main part can be done by the system thanks to the assembly feature with FIFO.

In the instant stock status report, the products in the finished warehouse and other warehouses can be viewed separately on a single screen, as well as the status of the ongoing work can be tracked.

If a report is requested on a warehouse basis, it can be displayed on a serial/lot basis as well as on a code basis.

When critical stock level is entered, Max. and Min. Depending on critical stock levels, overproduction or underproduction can be tracked.

In long-term plans, raw materials can be reserved for reserves, as well as reserves for products whose sales are not clear.

Within the scope of traceability, information on which parts are attached to the products supplied from outside can be provided automatically. (For example, in which rifle the spring piece taken from outside is used.)

Since each machine has different features, it is possible to present information such as which part is processed on which machine, better efficiency, etc., after the necessary information is entered.

For stock codes (parts), 3d, solid, catalog, etc. of the product, apart from the technical drawing, can be found in the documents section. It can be used as a library thanks to its ability to load many documents.

When the products are revised and reproduced with a new model during the process, the history of the previous versions and models is recorded with their technical drawings. (Like Ver1, Ver2, Ver3…)

The maintenance of all benches and equipment that directly or indirectly affects production can be followed by the system. In this way, faults caused by lack of maintenance are prevented and it is possible to produce at the same quality.

Caliper used for measurements, etc. Calibration follow-up of devices can be done.

In case the necessary information is defined, the maintenance and follow-up operations of the cutting tools used in production can be performed.

If there is a need for personnel-based performance evaluation, information about which personnel worked in which jobs in the relevant date range can be given in a single report.

By using different work order types, it is ensured that the audit and internal functioning are more flexible. (such as R&D work order, Contract work order, Order work order, Transfer work order…)

By keeping a record of the stops and reasons of the benches, helpful data is provided for the critical decisions to be taken for the YGG (Management Review) meetings to be held at the end of the year, and allows necessary improvements to be made.

Thanks to the UTS (Product Tracking System) integration, necessary notifications can be made without the need for any other software. (Production, Import, Export, Export, Receiving and other notifications.)

Production

It has been developed to manage all processes of production. It has the widest usage area. It has integration with other modules and ÜTS (Product Tracking System).

Dealer

It is designed to manage the order and shipment processes between manufacturers and dealer companies. Shipment and other processes continue after the orders placed by the dealer fall into the main company's system. Thanks to ÜTS integration, Receive-Export notifications can be made.

Clinic

Thanks to this structure, which is integrated with the dealer system, order tracking can be carried out, as well as patient records can be used for appointment status and management of finance sections. Thanks to the UTS integration, the registration and notification of the medical devices applied to the patient can be made.

Observation

It has been designed to allow companies that have too many counters to instantly monitor the status of their counters. Thanks to the Gantt diagram, the occupancy rates of the benches can be followed, and the reason for stopping can be monitored instantly in case the stalls stop.

Report

Thanks to this application, which is designed as a desktop, it is possible for businesses that are accustomed to Windows-based applications to report the transactions made in the application on the cloud platform and to print them in different formats.

Supply

It is an application developed to monitor the product status of suppliers, which constitute an important link in production, and to manage their supply and shipment correctly. It is aimed to manage and facilitate the production as a result of the correct communication of the products that have reached the critical stock level with the suppliers.
