When products are revised and reproduced with a new model during the process, the history of past versions and models is kept on record with technical drawings.

Maintenance of all machines and equipment that directly or indirectly affect production can be tracked by the system.

Calibration tracking of devices such as calipers used for measurements can be performed.

When necessary information is defined, maintenance and tracking operations of cutting tools used in production can be performed.

When there is a need for personnel-based performance evaluation, information about which personnel worked on which jobs in the relevant date range can be provided with a single report.

By using different work order types, more flexible auditing and internal operations are ensured. (R&D work order, Subcontract work order, Order work order, Transfer work order, etc.)

Machine downtimes and their reasons are recorded, providing helpful data for critical decisions to be made in YGG (Management Review) meetings at the end of the year.

Thanks to UTS (Product Tracking System) integration, necessary notifications can be made without the need for another software.
